-
What size of the Laundry Turtle should I choose?
If the machine drums measure 55 inches or less in width, we recommend choosing the Small size. However, if they are wider than 55 inches, we suggest going for the Large size.
-
Can I use the Laundry Turtle in top loading machines?
The Laundry Turtle is designed exclusively for use with front loading washers and dryers.
-
Is the Laundry Turtle machine washable?
Laundry Turtle only comes into contact with clean clothes during use, washing it in a machine is not necessary. However, we suggest hanging it outside for a few hours before the first use to air out any potential odors from the material inside.
-
How many items can the Laundry Turtle hold at once?
Due to its highly flexible material, the Laundry Turtle can accommodate a large load without any problems.

The Best Laundry Tool You Never Knew You Needed
Laundry is hands down my least favorite chore — but this clever little product made it so much more manageable. We’ve been using the Laundry Turtle for over a year now and it is truly the GOAT laundry solution. If you’re tired of dropping socks or reaching deep into the drum, keep reading. Pros• Makes laundry transfer SO much easier — no more clothes falling on the floor between dryer and folding area.• Perfect for shorter arms or smaller body types — no more crawling into the dryer to fish out that one last sock.• Smart design — fits perfectly in our full-size dryer and neatly scoops up dry clothes in one spin.• Durable and built to last — we’ve used it multiple times weekly for over a year and it’s still in great shape.Cons• This is more of a note than a con – for extra-large loads, you might need to split the load into two Laundry Turtle trips so it’s not too heavy and things don’t fall out.PRO TIPS: I know this can store in a compact way but it’s been easier for us to store it flat against our dryer vs rolling it back up into itself. Use a Command Hook on the side of your dryer to store the Laundry Turtle flat — it’s always easy to grab, and it won’t get lost in your laundry area. To get clothes out, spin the dryer drum while the Laundry Turtle is inside (turn the drum by pressing on one of the “spokes” inside) to effortlessly collect clothes vs spinning the Laundry Turtle in the drum to collect the clothes. With spinning the drum, the clothes essentially fall inside the Laundry Turtle (very easy). With spinning the Laundry Turtle, you are physically scooping the clothes in (much harder). The Laundry Turtle really surprised me. It’s one of those small things that takes a frustrating part of your routine and just… fixes it. If you’re a smaller person (like I am), a tired parent, or just someone who drops half their laundry trying to transfer it, this thing is for you. It’s held up beautifully, saves space, and honestly, has made doing laundry semi-enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this!
This is amazing. easily folds to store. Fits nicely inside dryers and captures clothes when you spin the drum. Easy carry handles. Nice fabric and thickness, but still flexible. I RV so this works really well to go to laundromats. The purple is a great color.

Perfectly imperfect!
I am a minimalist. So if it collapses, weighs very little, and has great utility, I will purchase it and give it a go.This is 100% all those things. If. . . you own a front-load washing machine. Good luck trying to spin your wet clothes into the Laundry Turtle if you have to use a top-loader. The agitator will block your advances. They probably speak about that somewhere, and maybe I should feel silly not thinking that through. As a hamper? Nope. This is literally a clothes taco. When you’re ready to do laundry, stuff the taco with your funk-cheesed clothes, and take it on down to Wash Town. It gets the job done. The dryer flipping works perfectly, so I give it 5/5 on using it in front-loading devices, but. . .It’s a literal taco. Socks fall out. Underwear falls out. If you do not load this thing thoughtfully, you will have the problems they say it eliminates: losing stuff as you move about. I’ve used it three times to get from third-floor apartment to laundry room and back, and every time, something falls out.Honestly, no big deal. I just modify my strategies with that issue in mind. Socks/underwear in the dead middle or on the bottom of a pile, for example. Larger items like shirts and pants on the top. Taco up and taco-it-all home again. It’s legit a transport device for people in my situation. Or, if you’re one of those 1% we’ve heard about and you don’t have a maid, I guess the trek from your 20th bedroom on the 5th floor to the laundry room in the dungeon might make this incredibly useful for you.Not a hamper.Don’t try to toss your clothes on it to taco up later, not worthGets the job done.Feels well-designed and the materials seem sturdy and quality. The fact you can collapse it, bag it with its provided bag contraption sewn on. . . all great!I would buy this again. I would certainly recommend you get one, too, if you see the value I am trying to advocate. But I have to go 4/5.

A true testament to efficiency. of items in thi something as I am going up the stairs.
Strangely enough, I have found new uses for this laundry helper, in addition of its value in the laundry room. I have to use a stair chair to access mu sleeping loft. Frequently I need to bring dirty clothes down or folded clean laundry to my bedroom. I lay the cloth circle on my bed and put in a large number of clothes. Then I secure the handles in my hand. Finally Ilft it with the sloted handles, easily carrying my laundry to my stair chair and then down fourteen steps to my laundry room. This is a simple, inexpensive item that can be hung flat on a hook for the next use. It is sturdy and flexible because of the elasticity of the material used. It is lightweight and available in several colors. This laundry helper has made my life safer and easier because I could not solve the problem of ferrying my clothes to and from the laundry room! I am 82, and I cannot do these tasks without some assistance. NOW I have it!

Never want to be without one of these again!
Pros:Compact – SUPER compact (easy to store – I hung on a GLUIT hook inside the cabinet door above my dryer)Comes with bag for turtle that can double for delicates bagQuick and inutitive to learn how to useMakes taking laundry out of side loading dryer so fast and easy – no more stray socks and pantiesBack saver!!I purchased the large one, and it holds A LOT of laundryCons:Pretty expensive for some stretchy fabric over a bendy hoop – but that said I will still probably buy another one and gift them because they are worth itTakes a hot second to figure out how to close – I had to watch a youtube video a couple of times to figure it out, and it is still tricky.People have asked a couple of good questions since I posted this reveiw, so I am adding this edit:The laundry turtle has no washing instructions with it and the company suggests dry cleaning it if it gets dirty. Mine hangs in a cupboard and is only ever in touch with clean clothes and a clean surface so I did not think about having to eventually clean it.Someone also asked about how to pick the right size – small or large. They have diameter measurements on the product page (26 inches large, 21 inches small). you can measure the depth of your dryer/washer to see which one fits better. Two things I will add – I have a 7.0 cubic foot dryer and the large one fits inside the drum of my dryer perfectly. Second, these are very flexible, so the larger one may fit in a smaller space and still work efficiently.

Okay but not as great as I was hoping
The size is great and the idea of wonderful but the actual design is not great. If you put it in the washer/dryer and turn the clothes into it, there is no way to get all of them in one try, especially the ones in the back. It can hold a lot which is nice. It is easy to fold and put away which is helpful if you have a small space. Not sure if it’s better than a regular laundry basket

TOTALLY WORTH IT!
I LOVE this laundry turtle. I used it the first time today. It was so easy to use. I live in an apartment and the washers are on the opposite wall as the driers. It took seconds to transfer all my laundry to the driers with the front loading washers. I also used it for top loading washer. I took it and put it on the top of the next washer and pulled my towels out of wash and laid them in the turtle walked to dryer with it and boom transfer easy and complete! I have several medical issues and the laundry turtle made it easy on my back and hips. TOTALLY would recommend this product.

Works slick!
Perfect! Works slick, scoops up a large load of laundry from the dryer with no problems. Wish I would have purchased something like this years ago.
